• Competitive Pay: $53,000 - $56,000/annually + Credit for experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Weekend rotations and On Call requirements

• Perform all daily maintenance tasks directly, including preventative maintenance, routine repairs, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep
• Independently provide long‑term facility improvement with hands on maintenance support across the facility
• Ensure compliance with all safety codes, state regulations, and company policies
• Maintain and monitor all building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems, and grounds
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies, and contribute to long‑term facility improvement and renovation planning

• High school diploma/GED
• At least 1 year prior experience in a similar maintenance position
• Physical ability to perform manual work
• 18 years of age or older
