Oil Rig Floor hands - Experience Preferred, Not Required - Odessa, TX

Ranger Energy Services is seeking Floor hands in Odessa, TX to support well servicing rig operations. The role involves hands-on rig work, equipment operation, and assisting with key tasks under the supervision of experienced rig leaders. This position is ideal for candidates ready for physically demanding oilfield work and looking to build long-term skills in the industry.

What you’ll need:

• 6 months of well servicing rig experience preferred
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations
• Valid driver’s license, CDL, or ability to obtain
• Ability to perform manual labor in oilfield conditions
• Competent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability
