Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords;
Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents;
Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal and building inspector;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and company policies
