Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly‑motivated, self‑starter for our maintenance department.

• Perform duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community.
• Handle general building maintenance, custodial & grounds tasks, preserving the physical integrity of the assigned property.
• Manage all aspects of the property's maintenance, including physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Apply knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electrical, appliances, make‑readies, and A/C.

• HVAC required.
• Must have own tools.
• Be a team player.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations; write legibly; communicate with residents and other employees.
