Maintenance Lot Manager
Titan Factory Direct – $20/hr + benefits
Steady Work | Full-Time | Start ASAP
What You’ll Be Doing- Cleaning offices, restrooms & model homes
- Taking out trash, keeping everything looking sharp
- Light maintenance & basic repairs
- Moving furniture, helping with setups
- Running errands when needed
- Diagnose problems and report broken items
- Show up on time and work hard
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic tools is a plus
- Know your way around simple repairs
- Reliable transportation
- $20/hour (based on experience)
