He/ she is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and neat, for all tools, and equipment to perform this operation.

• Keep the building, workbenches, company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Keep the grounds cleaned from all trash and loose items.
• Help in keeping the salvage yard cleaned up and orderly.
• Assist in ordering and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Have a driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• May be required at times to pick up parts and take customers around town.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Follow Bruckner policy and procedures, implied and expressed.
• Work with a minimum of supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least a minimum 9th grade education.
• Some experience in the trade and ability to know the proper products and tools required.
• Ability to take instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and interact with customers, vendors, and co‑workers in a positive and constructive manner.
• Position requires interaction with others and ability to move easily from one task to another; some level of stress.

• Essential ability to pass a physical and drug screen.
• Lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high.
• Work around, over, and under equipment and trucks as needed.
