As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community operating at its best and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

• Responding promptly and professionally to resident service requests
• Maintaining apartment homes and preparing vacant units for new residents
• Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues
• Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintaining common areas and grounds appearance
• Assisting with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general repairs
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining tools and supplies
• Working closely with property management and onsite teams
• Helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

We're looking for someone who:

• Takes ownership and accountability

• Communicates professionally with residents, coworkers, vendors, and contractors

Experience with:

• HVAC systems
• Plumbing repairs
• Electrical systems
• Appliance repair
• Carpentry
• General maintenance
• Preventative maintenance programs
• Grounds maintenance and upkeep
• Property maintenance operations

Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment is preferred.

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
