Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals;
Order parts and diagnose issues across hundreds of makes and models;
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work orders daily;
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts;
Provide training support to lower level technicians as needed
