Maintenance Coordinator

Our client is seeking a full time Maintenance Coordinator in/near Odessa, TX. The coordinator is responsible for planning and maintaining facility assets and equipment at plant(s). You will report to the Facility Manager.

This is not a full list of duties:

• Document preventative maintenance tasks and inspect equipment frequently for signs of wear.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor computer-based maintenance programs (MPulse). Company will train on software.
• Assist in plant development.
• Your mechanical background should include maintenance of pumps, gears, fans, motors, valves, oil filtering systems, etc.
• Will drive forklift, cart, small motor vehicles.
• All employees must uphold company safety processes and use caution in all areas of plant.
• Work is performed onsite in an industrial setting with extreme hot and cold environments.
• The Coordinator will work 40 hours per week.
• Hourly rate is dependent on experience and Company offers an excellent benefits package with PTO and other perks.
• Employees will undergo a background check and drug screen prior to start date.
