Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Target Hospitality seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across multiple workforce housing and lodging sites. In this fast-paced, safety-driven role, you'll oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs; schedule and prioritize preventive maintenance; and ensure all facilities meet company, client, and regulatory standards. You'll manage and train on-site technicians, coordinate vendors, control maintenance budgets, and respond to urgent service needs to keep remote accommodations safe, reliable, and guest-ready for energy, government, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple remote lodging and workforce housing sites
• Lead, schedule, and develop on-site maintenance technicians and support staff
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
• Respond to and prioritize urgent repair requests to minimize downtime and guest impact
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at all sites
• Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor/contractor relationships
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on maintenance work
• Coordinate with operations and hospitality leaders to support client service needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders using CMMS or similar tools
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the region
