Gas Compressor Repair Machinists - Odessa, TX
Atlantic Energy Partners is seeking experienced Gas Compressor Repair Machinists for their Odessa, Texas facility. This role involves hands-on repair and rebuilding of compressor components in a machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will have prior compressor repair experience and be able to work with minimal training, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality control.

- Full-time employment
- Previous experience in a compressor repair machine shop
- Ability to repair and rebuild HOS/Ariel compressor valves and components
- Packing case repair and rebuilding
- Crosshead and connecting rod inspection, bushing removal/replacement
- Manual lathe and mill work
- Precision measurement skills (micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators)
- Ability to read tolerances and determine repairability
- Knowledge of teardown, cleaning, inspection, machining, and assembly procedures
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills
