Position: Central Receiving & Mail Services Team Member
Load and UN load packages from USPS, Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Express, UPS and all other freight companies. Receive, sort, scan and deliver all USPS Mail, Fed Ex Ground, Fed EX Express and UPS packages to appropriate departments of Weber State University. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis. Be a team player, assist where needed (Mail Services, Bookstore Receiving and Central University Receiving) and be efficient while working alone e deliveries and pick- ups on campus in a pre-determined route, assist in large bulk deliveries for specific departments and special events on campus.

Required Qualifications

Attention to detail

Must follow instructions carefully

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis

Administrative skills

Must have a valid/current Utah drivers license with a clean driving record

Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 2:30pm

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures

Knowledge of inventory systems

Knowledge of tracking software and scanners

Knowledge of general USPS mail services
