Position
Full‑Time Hotel Maintenance Worker – $14 per hour

- Perform preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance to keep hotel facilities in excellent condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the pool area to maintain temperature and chemical levels in compliance with health department standards.
- Maintain safety by keeping walkways clear, removing snow when necessary, and supervising grounds and building areas.
- Perform landscaping duties to keep the property’s appearance neat and welcoming.
- Adhere to a consistent full‑time schedule and take ownership of your shift.
- Knowledge and experience in physical maintenance and property systems.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Clear and effective communication with guests, vendors, supervisors, and coworkers.
