Field Services Lead; Service Specialist in Ogden

The Mission

To be the "Problem Solver in Chief." You mentor the team, handle the "tricky" stuff, and ensure every customer in Ogden, Layton, and beyond feels like they are our only client.

• Complex Problem Solving:
  Tackle the intermediate repairs that require more "know-how" (troubleshooting a mystery leak, patching drywall or custom-mounting a heavy TV).
• Service Scoping:
  Meet with homeowners to plan larger projects, like a full-day "Home Refresh" (combining gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and junk removal).
• Quality & Relationship Management:
  Follow up on jobs to ensure the "Surv Standard" was met. You are the face of the brand when a neighbor has a question or a concern.
• Workflow Optimization:
  Teach Field Technicians how to work efficiently—whether it’s the fastest way to clean windows or the safest way to move a piano.
• Community Growth:
  Identify how we can further help our regulars (e.g., "I noticed your deck needs a wash while I was fixing the screen door").

• Broad Expertise: 5+ years of experience across multiple home service sectors (not just construction, but maintenance and logistics).
• Emotional Intelligence:
  Ability to read a room, de-escalate concerns, and lead a team with empathy and clarity.
• Detail Oriented:
  You notice the smudges others miss and the loose screw that wasn't on the work order.
• Logistics Mindset:
  Comfortable managing a schedule and moving parts (and people) across the two counties.
