Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club
. Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Clean all facility areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved methods, chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as needed, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when needed.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards and procedures, including forklift spotting and handling hazardous materials guidelines.
• Maintains a clean facility by performing routine cleaning tasks and utilizing proper procedures and equipment.
• Responds to spills and maintains a safe, clean environment for Members and Associates.
• Ensures chemical supplies are rotated and stored properly; manages supplies to support ongoing operations.
