Detailer at One Water Marine

Detailers at One Water Marine are responsible for ensuring all boats and watercrafts are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This involves detailing the interior and exterior of all boats and watercrafts, providing customers an exceptional experience.

• Perform detailing tasks on the exterior and interior of boats/vehicles to enhance its appearance such as washing, waxing, buffing, upholstery, carpeting and fixtures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of boats to identify areas needing attention or repair. Add and remove decals and make minor cosmetic repairs (trim, putty, paint, frames, hitches, and steps).
• Use various detailing equipment, cleaning supplies, and specialized products. Maintain all equipment and supplies organized and well stocked.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Handle all cleaning supplies properly.
• Assist with the upkeep of inventory in the sales yard. Maintain daily upkeep of store ground.
• Offer support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction for all customers/guests when interacting directly.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Previous experience in detailing, cleaning, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of marine products and detailing techniques is a plus.

Work environment characteristics:
No adverse environmental conditions expected. Poor ventilation, hazardous conditions, small/enclosed spaces, noisy environments, or exposure to intense weather conditions are not expected.

Physical demands:
Sedentary work primarily involving sitting/standing; light work moving objects up to 20 lbs; medium work moving objects up to 50 lbs; heavy work moving objects up to 100 lbs or more.
