The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the warehouse and processes related to inventory and shipping. This position will work with the PAC Manager to ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency. The Warehouse Coordinator is expected to have an impact on process improvement, cost control, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Warehouse Coordinator will provide a variety of duties including but not limited to:
Shipping, Receiving, Distribution, Inventory Management, knowledge of rules and regulations, and assisting in training.

• Process shipping orders in a timely and accurate manner per all applicable policies and procedures.
• Notify PAC Manager of issues that hinder process.
• Accurately and clearly document activity in Brightree for tracking shipments.
• Work in partnership with all departments to ensure timely/accurate shipments.
• All other duties as assigned by Manager or Senior Leadership.

• REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR
  
  EXPERIENCE:
  
  High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Driver experience or warehouse background preferred.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. May also include occasional evening and weekend work as job duties demand.

This position has no supervisory role.

The employee must move up to 150 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Travel is not typically required for this position.
