Clean the resort office and public access areas (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, removing trash);
Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request refills;
Report maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant or rental homes;
Assist maintenance staff and other staff members as needed;
Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner
