PART TIME SCHEDULE AVAILABLE
We are currently seeking applicants for position of Maintenance Assistant. This position offers a part time schedule, but may occasionally require evening or weekend work.
- Assists with grounds maintenance, community and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive and follow maintenance instructions from supervisor.
- Routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
- Routine maintenance and repair on the community and equipment including plumbing; plastering; electrical; carpentry; mechanical; floor care; painting; installation, etc.
- Replace light bulbs; fluorescent lights; call lights, etc.
