Schulte Companies - - - Responsibilities:
Ensure that all maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance are following company and brand standards for compliance and safety;
Ensure fulfillment of preventative maintenance programs to brand standards including equipment, heating and air conditioning units, ice machines, fire extinguishers/smoke alarms, plumbing;
Complete preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public space;
Delegate, supervise, and participate in all preventive and general maintenance programs by maintaining a room's maintenance strategy and scheduling preventive maintenance;
Act as Manager on Duty when required
