Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Hourly

POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Sr. Maintenance Supervisor

PAY STRUCTURE: Hourly

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Oversees maintenance personnel and the scheduling of activities necessary to maintain the facility and support production operations.

• Supervise and train the maintenance associates in their duties.
• Direct the maintenance and tool setup activities to ensure that they are completed in a safe and timely manner and process requirements are met.
• Develop procedures and programs to provide for the optimum maintenance of equipment.
• Order necessary equipment and parts to maintain the facility and equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining the equipment to meet all safety codes.
• Participate in meetings as appropriate
• Supports plant management in the execution of the company’s safety process – workplace audits, accident investigation, and safety awareness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
• Fully participate in and support Corvac’s Environmental Management Systems.
• Fully participate in and support Corvac’s Quality Management Systems.
• Required to complete their timecards at the end of each scheduled shift to ensure accurate record keeping and timely payroll processing.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in Maintenance Supervision
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient in electronic controls, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic circuits, and troubleshooting.
• Effective leadership abilities
• Proficient with implementation and maintenance of Preventive Maintenance Systems
