Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair food production equipment including slicers, ovens, grinders, chillers and conveyors;
Perform reactive and preventive maintenance with ~50/50 split between planned and unplanned work on 1st and 2nd shifts;
Diagnose and repair electrical systems including 480V motors and PLC-controlled equipment;
Inspect equipment and complete preventive maintenance to reduce downtime;
Document maintenance activities and communicate status to team members
