Hartville Hardware is the largest independent hardware store in the country — locally owned and part of HRM Enterprises. We are looking for a dependable evening cleaner who takes pride in their work and enjoys a consistent routine where the results speak for themselves at the end of every shift.

As an Evening Janitor / Cleaner at Hartville Hardware, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and team members after store hours. This is a consistent, reliable part-time role — three evenings per week — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and likes to see real results at the end of every shift.

Cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash and recycling throughout the store
• Refill paper products and cleaning supplies as needed
• Spot-clean entryways and high-traffic areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the entire store
• Follow all safety procedures when using cleaning equipment and chemicals

• Reliable and dependable — you show up and you follow through
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

No experience needed. Cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the job.
