Your apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years. Experienced specialists accompany and support you right from the beginning. During your apprenticeship, you will already be working on responsible and exciting projects. As from the second year, you will take on smaller tasks independently.

According to a plan that has been drawn up for you, you will go through various departments of the company, such as order processing, sales, purchasing, construction, human resources, financial accounting, and thus get to know your colleagues and their areas of activity. The regular lessons by KMH specialists deepen the content of the vocational school (Syke), as well as the practical training in the training workshop taff!

• You have a good secondary school leaving certificate.
• You are skillful and have good hand/eye coordination (e.g. when setting welding points).
• You have technical understanding.
• You have special imagination, e.g. for producing components according to technical drawings.
• You handle working equipment, vehicles and products carefully and cautiously.
• You are open and can communicate clearly in written and spoken German (Level B1).
• You are a team player.
• You are physically fit.
