Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring dependable General Cleaners for immediate openings in Delta, Ohio. No previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. • Clean and sanitize commercial office buildings and common areas
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces
• Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supply areas
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled shift times
• Lock and secure designated areas when required
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
