El Técnico de Mantenimiento Industrial (Facilities)

The Industrial Maintenance Technician (Facilities) will be responsible for the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the production facilities and equipment to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs according to established plans.
• Inspect and troubleshoot problems in HVAC systems, water systems, lighting, and other plant infrastructures.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all activities.
• Propose improvements in processes and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications of the Position:

• Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience in handling tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work in different shifts and perform on-call duties if necessary.
• Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.
