DescriptionResponsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Carry out custodial duties in various settings including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or necessary repairs to management.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently while completing assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and facility occupants.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment for all users of the facility.
