Maintenance Supervisor

• 2+ years of experience as a hands‑on maintenance supervisor in a commercial or residential environment (facilities maintenance applicable as well)
• HVAC Certification(s) (universal EPA or 608 certs are preferred)
• Experience managing, leading, or supervising a maintenance team

• Pool maintenance experience
• CPO cert (Certified Pool Operator)

This person will have 2 maintenance technicians reporting to them and the property has 282 units.

• Perform minor repairs and routine upkeep when units are being turned
• Take lead on HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Source, schedule, and oversee third‑party contractors and service providers
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of outsourced work
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements

• Provide clear updates to property managers and residents regarding work status
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment
