The Avalon of Lewis Center is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team!
The Maintenance Tech assists in the day-to-day functions of the Plant Operations Department such as waste management, security, supply stocking, grounds-keeping and floor care.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician :
- Performs routine preventative maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
- Moves furniture, equipment, and assists residents with moving needs as assigned.
- Performs work orders as assigned, including minor building and equipment repairs.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.
- Lift and push up to 50lbs. with assistance occasionally
Pay range of $16-17
