Earl Enterprise - 3265 West Market Street - Responsibilities:
Maintains organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.;
Retrieves dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays and sorts them into racks.;
Places racks through the dishwashing system following all safety precautions and standards.;
Inspects cleanliness and organization of line workstations and rectifies deficiencies throughout the shift.;
Maintains knowledge of department policies, procedures, and service standards.
