Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you will ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will work on your feet in a fast‑paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, and provide a great first and last impression for customers.

• Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, and handling hazardous materials.
• Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, using approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and place orders when supplies are low.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift.
