Looking for a Custodial Maintenance Worker in Manchester who will help maintain facilities through dependable cleaning, organization, and attention to detail while supporting a healthy environment for employees, customers, and visitors. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and take pride in a clean workspace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
- Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
