The Pavilion in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient facility upkeep in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
Responsibilities include budgeting, policy review, staff training, and coordinating preventative and unplanned maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry. A high school diploma and a valid license are required.
