M Associates is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment for heating and hot water across our properties. You will report to the Site Manager and coordinate daily activities with TMAM Management.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, unit turnover, and housekeeping of common areas, with duties ranging from lifting and moving furniture to performing repairs on appliances. A valid driver’s license and English communication are required.
