Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Floor Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

• Clean, maintain, and restore hard-surface flooring and carpeting throughout the facility
• Strip, wax, buff, burnish, and polish floors
• Operate floor-care equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, carpet extractors, and vacuums
• Perform routine carpet cleaning and spot treatment
• Follow established cleaning schedules and infection-control procedures
• Maintain floor-care equipment and report repair needs promptly
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Assist the housekeeping team with additional duties as needed
• Help ensure resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and other spaces remain clean and presentable

• Previous floor-care, housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred
• Experience operating commercial floor-care equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to safely lift, bend, push, pull, and remain active throughout the shift
• Willingness to follow safety, infection-control, and facility procedures
• A respectful and compassionate attitude toward residents and coworkers
