Ace Hardware - - Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction to the facilities management team and technicians;
Develop and manage annual budgets for building operations and capital projects;
Maintain records of equipment, conduct failure analysis, plan for upgrades;
Plan and supervise scheduled and preventive maintenance for facility systems (HVAC, power, plumbing, fire suppression);
Oversee upkeep of the building, waste disposal, production housekeeping, pest control and janitorial tasks;
Plan and coordinate facility-related projects to meet evolving business demands;
Manage resources including energy, water, and materials to maintain operational excellence;
Negotiate critical services with multiple vendors
