To strengthen the team, Kessens Technik mit System GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a reliable and structured Assembly Manager.
YourKey Responsibilities
- You are responsible for leading and coordinating the assembly team.
- You coordinate regularly with our customers and ensure smooth communication.
- You organize and book accommodation for the deployed employees.
- You handle the scheduling, planning, preparation, and organization of projects.
- You create work process plans and ensure an efficient assembly process.
- You are responsible for construction site management, including the briefing and allocation of personnel.
- You monitor compliance with our quality and safety standards.
- You resolve emerging problems quickly and in a solution-oriented manner.
- You accompany the site acceptance and ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Completed skilled trade or technical training (e.g. metalworker, electrician, mechatronics technician, etc.)
- Further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a comparable qualification if applicable (not a requirement)
- Several years of professional experience in assembly or on construction sites if applicable (not a requirement)
- Initial leadership experience an advantage
- Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings
- Good knowledge of applicable safety and quality regulations
- Category B driving licence and willingness to travel
- Good command of German, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Assertiveness and a confident manner
- Responsible and solution-oriented way of working
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
