We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Tech I at our active living properties in Beavercreek and Miamisburg. The Maintenance Tech I position is an entry level position focused on grounds, cleanliness and assisting with basic property upkeep. This is a good opportunity to learn more about maintenance.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property

* Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds.

* Assist with maintenance tasks

* Assist with unit turns

* Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning if applicable

* Observe and learn as much as possible about general maintenance

* Other tasks as directed and assigned.

Qualifications:

* Basic mechanical aptitude

* Willingness to learn

* Ability to lift 50 pounds
