HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing in McArthur, OH!

Salary: $28.00–$32.45/hour, with opportunity to grow to $36.00/hour within 90 days

Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

Location:

McArthur, OH

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on process and production equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance work orders to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Disassemble, install, and maintain equipment, machines, sensors, and related components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including parts replacement, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs.
• Inspect equipment and systems to ensure proper operation, stability, quality, and safety.
• Diagnose equipment problems and implement effective repairs using mechanical and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Perform maintenance work in indoor and outdoor plant environments while following established safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Previous experience in explosives manufacturing is preferred.
