Description Overview
- Lead the site's Maintenance and Reliability Management Process and develop a world-class maintenance and asset reliability culture.
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership for maintenance, reliability, planning/scheduling, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, reliable, efficient operation of Ohio infant formula manufacturing assets.
- Drive compliance with Perrigo Work Standards (PWS), optimize maintenance processes, improve asset performance, reduce failures, and develop long-term reliability strategies.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and EHS; lead a team (~15 maintenance professionals).
- Improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Develop maintenance leadership capabilities.
- Reduce reactive maintenance via data-driven reliability improvements.
- Establish accountability/ownership/continuous improvement culture.
- Ensure employee safety and cGMP/FDA/food safety/environmental/quality compliance.
- Lead investigations for equipment failures, deviations, CAPAs, and reliability events; support quality and process capability requirements.
- Participate in audits/regulatory inspections; ensure systems are inspection-ready; ensure MOC documentation is on time.
- Serve as site Reliability Leader; develop/execute Asset Care Strategy; lead criticality assessments and reliability initiatives; transform reliability metrics/dashboards.
- Lead/develop maintenance supervisors/planners/schedulers/technicians; coach/mentor; performance management; recruiting/onboarding/succession.
- Lead maintenance execution, work planning/scheduling, backlog management, spare parts/BOM/supply agreements; coordinate with operations;

* * critical issues. - Use RCA, FMEA, RCM, equipment criticality assessments, defect elimination; apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve uptime, downtime, OEE, cost, waste, and productivity; develop annual reliability roadmaps.
- Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years maintenance/reliability/asset management in manufacturing.
- 3-5+ years leadership experience managing maintenance/reliability teams.
- Experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical/food/consumer healthcare or GMP manufacturing required.
- Planning/scheduling management; capital project implementation/commissioning.
- Asset reliability and predictive maintenance experience.
- CMRP and/or ISO vibration certification and RCM/Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus.
- Leadership, communication, collaboration; influence across levels.
- Troubleshooting/RCA; predictive maintenance/condition monitoring.
- Analytical, data-driven decision making.
- SAP PM, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing systems proficiency.
- Salaried;
