Food Service Team Member

As the Lead Facility Service Team Member at Pilot Company, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal of our travel centers across North America. You will oversee a dynamic team dedicated to facility maintenance and improvement, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our travelers and truck drivers. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the facility service team.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed to high standards and in accordance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
• Collaborate with management to determine maintenance budgets and schedule planned maintenance activities.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
• Train new team members on proper maintenance procedures and company policies.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations involving the facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service, helping to resolve any facility-related complaints promptly.
