As our next Parking Lot Sweeper,you'llbe at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safetyandenhance environmental quality.

You’lltake ownership of assigned routesincludingshopping centers and parking lots,drive the parking lot sweeper,andoperatespecializedequipment toensure parking areas are clean and well-maintained.

The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations ofthisposition, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals. • Safety & Inspection:
  Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment in accordance with company standards. Ensure all safety features are operational before beginningroute.
• Execution:
  Review assigned routes thoroughly prior to departure. Be proactive in asking clarifying questions if the route or expectations are unclear. Complete assigned jobs within the allottedtimeframewhilemaintaining expected quality and attention to detail.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate equipment safely and efficiently at all times, following all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and site-specific protocols.
  
  Exerciseadditionalcaution during inclement weather or challenging site conditions.
• Material Handling:
  Handle materials safely and securely;
  Apply correct procedures for material types and disposal sites.
• Reporting:
  Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, near misses, crashes, or injuries within 30 minutes or as soonas safelypossible. Immediately elevate opportunities, work issues, or safety concerns to management.
• Professional Communication:
  Maintaina professional attitude and appearance whilerepresentingthe company on job sites or in public areas. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed.
• Compliance & Documentation:
  Accurately complete required logs, manifests, and forms.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving:
  Respond appropriately to changes and challenges;identify and solve issues timely.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance:
  The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences. This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times.
