Maintenance - Level I

Equity Lifestyle Properties -  - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks, including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry work, painting, janitorial duties, and basic electrical troubleshooting as needed.;
Ensure all amenity spaces are clean, safe, fully operational, and properly maintained.;
Maintain the grounds by keeping all areas free of trash, debris, and hazards.;
Attend daily morning staff meetings to review scheduled work, vendor appointments, and assigned maintenance priorities.;
Communicate consistently and professionally with fellow maintenance team members, management, and other staff.
