Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and want to grow your skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Now hiring part-time weekday shifts in Okemos, MI.

Monday-Friday, 6 pm - 11 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Dust, clean, and disinfect horizontal and vertical surfaces in restrooms, offices, break rooms, and kitchenettes
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors
• Operate cleaning equipment such as walk‑behind and ride‑on scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and upright vacuums
• Empty trash and recycling, and properly dispose of waste
• Provide excellent service and respond to customer needs as required

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to problem‑solve and use good common sense

Physical Requirements:

• Able to walk, stand, bend, climb, kneel, push, pull, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and perform repetitive movements as part of daily cleaning tasks
