Position: Pt Cleaning Specialist

Type: Part Time

This is a part‑time evening position cleaning the building on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights for 3 hours each night. Shift starts after 7pm. Responsibilities include cleaning floors and operating floor machines.

Hourly rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay).

• Use cleaning equipment (canister or backpack vacuum, walk‑behind floor scrubber, mopping systems) as required.
• Apply various cleaning chemicals.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, standing, lifting up to 25lbs.
• Use a cellphone application to clock in/out and complete inspection reports.
• Clean and detail to customer satisfaction following the scope of work.
• Maintain service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training).
• Arrive at location on time as scheduled.
• Work in a team setting or independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)

• Supply stocking

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED encouraged.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred (office, medical, retail).
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
