Although not required, the ideal candidate has 1-2 years of forklift experience. You must be self-motivated and passionate about your work!
Responsibilities- Use forklift to move RVs and pallets.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Follow safety rules and company protocols.
- Operate forklifts.
- Communicate with service staff.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
- Help train new staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Previous forklift experience.
- Ability to read and understand instructions.
- Professional appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet production and quality standards.
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Lifting over 75 lbs.
