The Facility Maintenance role is responsible for performing general facility and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting warehouse upkeep to ensure safe and efficient pharmaceutical operations
. This Facility Maintenance position supports both building systems and warehouse functions in a production-focused environment.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a 10-panel drug test, including THC
• Must pass an extensive background check
• Cannot wear jewelry or have piercings while working
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools
• Experience with general facility maintenance preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform simple repairs
• Reliable, self-motivated
  , and able to work independently

• Perform routine facility maintenance including minor plumbing, painting, door hardware, and HVAC filter replacement
• Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain building cleanliness through routine janitorial duties such as sweeping, dusting, and floor care
• Support warehouse organization, including rotating palletized inventory using FIFO procedures
• Monitor building, grounds, and parking areas to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
