Air Technologies is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our growing Oklahoma City, OK Service Team!

Primary Responsibilities:- Take service requests from customers over the phone.
- Manage the lifecycle of new Work Orders, collaborating with various internal departments as needed.
- Assist the Billing Team by identifying and reconciling open Purchase Orders.
- Assist the Service Manager with small quote generation.
- Work with technicians to identify and secure the necessary parts for service calls.
- Receive Purchase Orders from customers and assist Billing in invoice management.
- Other office and administrative duties as needed.
- Experience working in an administrative or office setting, preferably for a HVAC company or mechanical service provider.
- Commitment to servant leadership and delivering premier customer service.
- Coachable and a curiosity to learn.
- Overall team player.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
