Maintain buildings and grounds; repair buildings and equipment.;
Follow preventive maintenance schedule for buildings, equipment, and vehicles.;
Drive Area Command vehicles for pickup and delivery of goods.;
Set up meeting rooms and maintain maintenance/storage building in neat, orderly condition.;
Respond to disaster and security concerns when supervisory personnel are not available; perform work orders as assigned.
