• Lead field operations for Plant Health Care and Integrated Pest Management programs
• Diagnose plant health issues and implement effective IPM strategies
• Apply treatments for insects, diseases, soil health, and fertilization with precision and professionalism
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and results clearly to clients
• Set and uphold standards for quality, safety, and efficiency in PHC work
• Train and mentor technicians as the team expands
• Assist in developing processes, schedules, and best practices for a scalable PHC program
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing new team members
• Take ownership of program development and continuous improvement

• Experience in plant health care, integrated pest management, arboriculture, or turf/ornamental care
• Strong diagnostic skills in identifying insects, diseases, and environmental stress factors
• Applicator’s license or ability to obtain one quickly
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a desire to help others improve
• Professional communication skills with clients and team members
